Broadland Radiators.

The Challenge: Visualising Technical Excellence

Broadland Radiators operates in a world of high-stakes engineering where precision is paramount. Despite the critical nature of their work, industrial cooling is often perceived through a purely functional lens.

The brief for Triple Threat Media was to challenge that perception. Broadland needed a high-end visual asset to serve as the centrepiece for their new website and a high-impact tool for their LinkedIn and email outreach that would not only inform potential clients of their services, but also position their brand as a leader in precision engineering. The goal was to make heavy industry feel sophisticated and engaging.

The Strategy: A Hybrid Production Approach

To capture the full scope of Broadland Radiators’ expertise, we blended high-end cinematography with strategic post-production elements to ensure the film was both informative and visually captivating.

  • A New Perspective: We utilised a range of specialised tools, including a probe lens, allowing us to navigate the tight, internal geometries of the radiators. By capturing the "inner architecture" of the units—the rows of fins and complex tubing—we provided a perspective that highlighted the intricate craftsmanship and build quality, usually invisible to the naked eye. This emphasised the meticulous nature of Broadland’s work, turning industrial components into compelling visual narratives.

  • Strategic Stock Footage: To provide global context and show the radiators in their final environments—such as heavy machinery and power generation sites—we integrated high-quality stock footage. This bridged the gap between the workshop floor and the real-world impact of their products.

  • Professional Voiceover: A clear, authoritative voiceover was used to tie the narrative together. This ensured that even while the visuals were engaging the viewer, the core business message—their ability to handle everything from bespoke design to complex repairs—was delivered with clarity and professional weight.

Rather than relying on fast-paced editing, we used smooth, deliberate camera movements to capture the lifecycle. This aesthetic choice communicated reliability and quality, aligning the visual style with the high standards of the engineering itself.

The Content: Communicating the Full Lifecycle

The film was meticulously structured to inform viewers of Broadland’s end-to-end capabilities in under two minutes:

  1. Design & Manufacture: Capturing the transition from bespoke engineering concepts to physical production.

  2. Rigorous Testing: Showcasing the quality control and pressure testing phases that guarantee field reliability.

  3. Repair & Refurbishment: Highlighting their expertise in extending the life of existing assets—a key service for clients looking for sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

The Outcome: A Versatile Business Development Tool

The finished film serves as the cornerstone of Broadland Radiators’ digital presence, instantly establishing credibility with new visitors; it provides a comprehensive, digestible overview that acts as a 'digital handshake' for LinkedIn, a lead generator for email, and a powerful introduction for their website.
